Not only were I able to - I even wanted to tell my deepest, darkest secrets to my best friend. She passed in 2018 and the Sad Secret Songs album is a distillate of the grieving process. A process that might never end - but it is my belief that the sorrow and the secrets can get a little lighter to carry if you share them with someone. I hope you wanna share them with me.
